Your Tasks ? Casting supplier development: 1) Supplier selection audit. (VDA6.3 P1, foundry technology audit, ISO9001 audit etc.) Carry out the audit to the new potential foundry supplier, assess technical capability and product quality control system, risk assessment; then share the conclusion from quality aspect for supplier selection decision. And follow up the corrective actions of audit findings if needed. 2) Casting commodity APQP, be able to work in depth and with good time management. APQP follow up with good time management: drawing/specification reviews, feasibility study, assess /monitor casting manufacturing process, critical dimensions/measurement list, NDT, PPAP, etc. 3) Supplier development strategy Cooperate with casting BU to define supplier development strategy; and incorporating the decision of quality aspect for sourcing decision. 4) Support the NPI (new product introduction) Support the NPI team for the new component development in existing suppliers/new supplier. ? Casting supplier management: 1) Supplier KPI evaluation and actions follow up. (PPM, SNCC, chargeback) 2) Supplier audit. (VDA6.3, foundry technology audit, unannounced audit, ISO9001 audit etc.) 3) Supplier NCR handling (online: SAP handling; offline: problem solving: CAPA, 8D) 4) Supplier Zero Defects. (Firewall and Prevention) 5) Supplier change management (ECR, 4M1E etc.) 6) Member of global casting SQA forum, implement global casting supplier strategy.Your Profile · Bachelor or master degree in casting engineering.
