SUMMARY
This role is to support the Service Information Development Projects in the Asia Pacific region. This role has responsibility for developing the technical information and illustrations for documents such as workshop manual, owner’s manual, wiring diagram, diagnostic procedures, parts catalogue and labor time. It also includes other documents such as Owner Literature for our automotive clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) 基本职责和责任（基本职能）
1. Develop technical information and illustration for: 编写技术信息并绘制示意图：
- User Manual用户手册
- Workshop Manual工作手册
- Wiring Diagram接线图
- Diagnostic Procedure诊断程序

2. Communicate with other branches in different countries (mainly US, Australia, EU) on inter-company technical service information business.与不同国家（主要是美国、澳大利亚、欧盟）的其他分支机构就公司间技术服务信息业务进行沟通。
3. Communicate with customer to setup technical information authoring guide.与客户沟通，制定技术信息编写指南。
4. Consult with subject matter experts to gather product specific information.与产品专家进行咨询以收集特定产品的信息。
5. Develop technical illustrations from the client supplied engineering source information or marked up photographs/illustrations and guide illustrators on the illustration work.根据客户提供的工程源信息或标记的照片/插图开发技术插图，并指导插图绘制人员进行插图工作。
6. Review to check and correct the technical information and illustration.审查并校正技术信息和插图。
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育和经验
EXPERIENCE:
1. Good knowledge of current automotive vehicle technology.熟悉当前的汽车技术。
2. At least 1 years working experience as technician in automotive service station.至少有1年在汽车服务站担任技术人员的工作经验。
3. Familiar with automotive technical information, such as workshop manual, wiring diagram, etc.熟悉汽车技术信息，如维修手册、线路图等。
4. Experience on the automotive technical information development is preferred.优先考虑具有汽车技术信息开发经验的候选人。
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Good knowledge of current automotive vehicle technology.熟悉当前的汽车技术。
2. Good computer skills and Microsoft Office operation.良好的计算机技能和微软办公软件操作。
3. Good interpersonal skills.良好的人际交往能力。
4. At least 1 year of design in university or college preferred.至少有1年的大学或学院设计经验。
