Job Responsibilities:
? Work with senior management to establish and stabilize the Process Excellence function by defining the group’s standards, tools, and methodology.
? Implement process/savings improvement projects.
? Identify opportunity areas where process management and re-engineering can significantly impact efficiency, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
? Solicit, collect and prioritize business process improvement candidate projects.
? Assess current processes, identify defects, areas of improvement, and “to-be” process design, assist in transition.
? Gather, mine and analyze data to drive business process improvements using TPM, Six Sigma, Lean quality or like process improvement programs.
? Lead process owners, stakeholders and subject matter experts through the improvement process and manage expectations.
? Facilitate process improvement meetings and workshops, including business process re-engineering sessions, brainstorming sessions and various process improvement events such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Rapid Improvement, and similar. Develop documentation including procedures, business guidelines, checklists, templates, etc.
? Study the costs and benefits of the current business processes.
? Perform any task given by superior as required from time to time.
? Reporting to the local management team and group.
? Other task assigned.
Job Requirements:
? Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Professional Degree.
? At least 5 Year(s) of managerial working experience in the related field is required for this position.
? Expertise in production management procedures and best practices.
? Strong analytical, organize and planning skills
? Strong Leadership skills
? Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
? Speaking and writing English.
