? Driving growth in the beauty chain stores segment. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading the team to exceed targets.
推动美容连锁店细分市场的增长。职责包括制定销售策略，管理重点客户，并带领团队超额完成销售目标。
The Requirements
职位要求
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
具有工商管理或相关专业学士学位。
? 3-5 years of beauty chain store sales experience.
有3—5年的美容连锁店销售经验。
? Proven track record in exceeding sales targets.
在超额完成销售目标方面有良好的业绩记录。
? Previous management experience preferred.
有管理经验者优先。
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
具有较强的人际沟通能力。
? Strategic mindset and ability to work independently.
具有战略思维和独立工作的能力。
Salary Range: RMB 400,000 to 600,000 per year.
薪资范围：年薪40万至60万元人民币。
