As the Site HRBP at Honeywell UOP Zhangjiagang, you will play a critical role managing the HR function at the site. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, programs, and initiatives that support the overall business objectives and drive employee engagement and productivity. Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support ? Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations ? Manage employee relations and resolve complex HR issues ? Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives You Must Have ? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field ? Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRBP roles ? Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws ? Excellent communication skills ? Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels ?
