Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage the Data Science team, providing strategic direction and overseeing day-to-day operations.
? Develop and implement data science strategies aligned with business goals.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide insights to drive decision-making.
? Manage the end-to-end process of designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and data
analytics solutions.
? Ensure the quality and accuracy of data-driven insights, maintaining high standards of analytical rigor.
? Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science.
? Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing within the data science team.
? Communicate complex technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
? Collaborate with executives to align data science initiatives with overall business strategy.
Requirements:
? Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science).
? Proven experience in a leadership role within a data science or analytics team.
? Strong background in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data modeling.
? Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to translate business objectives into data science solutions.
? Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms is a plus.
? Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
