Qualifications:
? Lead Beijing facility team to provide facility and administrative support to 3 offices.
? Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, reviewing, and
approving supply requisitions.
? Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, Space
management, and equipment/furniture procurement and maintains.
? Implements company policies and procedures, measuring results against standards, and
making necessary adjustments.
? Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning staff, including building
maintenance, testing and inspections, building administration and contract management.

? Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing
information; identifying trends.
? Maintains facility staff job results by coaching and counseling employees, conducting high
quality conversation with team members, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
? Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures,
analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
? Collaborates with global security to maintain and improve office health and safety standard.
? Collaborates with HR team to establish a friendly and warm working environment.
? Manager facility vendors to ensure high standard products and services.
? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills:
? Bachelor's degree or above, major in administration, business management or related majors is preferred.
? More than five years of experience in office management, familiar with the administrative,
personnel and financial processes of multinational companies.
? Excellent organizational and coordination skills, able to handle multiple projects and stay
productive.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at different levels and external partners.
? Proficient in Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other related office software.
? Fluent in English communication skills and able to handle international affairs and meetings.
? Sensitive to detail, with excellent time management and decision-making skills.
? Ability to stay calm under pressure and deal with unexpected events.
? Ability to self-motivate and work in a fast-paced environment.
