How You’ll Make an Impact：
* Products design including electromagnetic and mechanical design to meet the
requirements in contract by timely, efficient and qualified way, including
customer/supplier communication, technical clarification, design review,
quality gates, problem-solving and troubleshooting, and so on.
* Cooperate with other departments to rectify and identify problem related to
design promptly, and provide technical supports to other departments, such as
bidding and troubleshooting.
* Partly responsible for design rules preparation and work procedure
optimization, new products/technical development and research, know-how
collection and transferring.
* Provide technical supports i/o engineering department, such as
trouble-shooting and problem-solving in manufacturing process and on-site
commissioning, technical clarification while bidding and order execution phase.
What you Bring：
* Bachelor or above degree, major in electric engineering, or high-voltage
engineering, or mechanical automation.
* 1-3 years transformer or reactor or HV switchgear product design and
research working experience.
* Familiar with transformer GB/IEC standard, product design and
manufacturing, test and so on, with independent working ability.
* Familiar with MSOffice and AutoCAD, Pro-E/Creo, etc.
* Self-motivated, consistent learning, problem-solving and trouble-shooting
skills and mindset.
* Customer orientation, result orientation and quality mindset.
* Good communication skills, skilled in verbal/written English in daily work
and cross-culture cooperation.? Proficiency with MS Office, CREO, CAD.
Simulation ability is a plus.
* Be good at project management
