Delivery of work that follows content and design guidelines, and industry best practices: - Produce work that is in accordance with department guidelines, compliance regulations, policies and procedures regarding content and design by understanding and applying them correctly, reviewing work and collaborating with colleagues, and seeking advice from Art Directors as necessary; - Clearly communicate creative recommendations and point of view to both colleagues and business partners; - Coordinates with the production manager/ project manager in handling projects from beginning through to completion, including managing the project turnaround time, presenting the finished product; - Employing and introducing state-of-the art technologies to manage and enhance design function; - Possess excellent design skills, understand creative integrity, reinforce brand at every point of contact; - Keep abreast of changes in the strategy that affect execution; - Demonstrate knowledge and application of design theory; - Accountable in getting the buy in from business partners at the first instance. ?
