职责描述:
Securities Services provides comprehensive end-to-end securities asset servicing solutions to different client sectors including bank, broker-dealer, asset manager, insurance, sovereign wealth fund, alternative, and pension clients. Securities Services provides global, regional and domestic asset servicing solutions through its three component business units, namely: Custody, Fund Services, and Trustee and Fiduciary Services. Our custody network covers 94 countries and territories in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa, North America and Latin America.
The jobholder is responsible for handling:
Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs)
? Complete client Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) requested by Account Services on behalf of the Proposal Management teams, Securities Services in both Asia and Europe.
? Format a word document based on a standard template, and to synchronise answers from previous documents.
? Ensure overall internal and external client satisfaction on documents prepared; ensure compliance to established procedures
? Foster positive and professional working relationships with stakeholders; undertake ad-hoc projects as required.
Qvidian Maintenance
? Act as a content administrator to keep up-to-date information for items including Standard Responses, Qvidian and Toolkit, etc.
? General support such as MI data mining and translation.
MI Projects Support
? Projects support to Proposal Management team globally (including Enhanced DDQ (EDDQ) project and Qvidian Upgrading, etc.).
任职要求:
? University degree in Finance/Banking/Marketing/Journalism or business-related subject with at least one and a half to three years’ experience in banking industry within the field of custody and fund administration securities services.
? Excellent English writing skill to articulate our responses to the documents.
? Excellent communication skill in English. A team player with strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills.
? Experience with managing different stakeholders and projects from end to end.
? Good knowledge of the securities market, custody and fund operations.
? Attention to detail and be able to drive best-in-class deliverables.
